Roots picnic is set to be back this summer in Philly with a massive lineup. Hosted by the iconic hip hop band The Roots, “Roots Picnic” is one of the major festivals of Philly. Started in 2008 the festival hosted some Major names of music like - The Black Keys, Public Enemy, Zoe Kravitz, Wiz Khalifa, Diplo, Mac Miller, Yelawolf, Rakim, Snoop Dog, DMX, Lil Wayne, Pharrell, John Legend to name a few. This year the event will start on June 2nd with Dave Chappelle at the Wells Fargo Center and then the festival will be hosted at the Mann in Fairmount Park on June 3rd and 4th. For the rest of the 2 days, the lineup will consist of some major names like - Lauryn Hill, Diddy, Lil Uzi Vert, Ari Lenox, DJ Drama, Glorilla, Busta Rhymes, Maverick City, and many many more. Different options of tickets are on sale for the First day of Dave Chappelle's show and the rest of the events, as well as VIP tickets with different experiences added to them.
