The spring tour with Movements, Citizen, Scowl, and Downward was energy packed and a security guard’s worst nightmare with the amount of crowd surfing. Each band brought such an energetic set that packed the entire venue.  Downward opened the show and set the tone with a high energy performance. Next was Scowl, who’s lead singer, Kat Moss, kept the energy up by basically running laps. While performing, Moss sprints back and forth across the stage which made the band even more fun to watch (and photograph). Following them was Citizen, who was a crowd favorite. By this point, the Fillmore was packed to the brim and we were transported to CROWD SURFING CITY! Both during Citizen and Movements’ sets, the audience must have had an agreement that everyone needed to be in the air immediately. Movements mentioned wanting to break the record for the most amount of crowd surfers at a show, and if they didn’t beat it, they most definitely were close. During their first three songs alone, people were being grabbed by security left and right, then running around the barricade to squish back into the crowd. One of the best parts about Movements’ set was their lighting. The glowing sign of the band's name up against a backlit stage made the venue feel dreamy. Overall, every band’s set on this tour is unmissable. Downward, Scowl, Citizen, and Movements all brought their own charm to each set but kept energy high and the crowd on their feet.
