Periphery kicked off their 2026 North America tour to celebrate the album “A Pale White Dot”. The first stop was in Philly at the Fillmore with support from Ne Obliviscaris, Greyhaven, and Ando San. The night started off with Ando San’s prog-hop music and Greyhaven with their MetalCore sound. Next up was Ne Obliviscaris from all the way from Australia. The band has a unique, rich Prog Metal sound with both clean and growling vocals, with the use of violin. The band performed songs like “And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope”, “Devour Me, Colossus,” and more. Next up was Periphery with their iconic Djent sound - an intricate subgenre of Progressive Metal. Periphery is one band that has three guitar players without a bassist - Misha Mansoor (the oldest member of the band),  Jake Bowen, and Mark Holcomb; Matt Halpern on the drums and Spencer Sotelo on the lead guitar absolutely rocket the venue with music from the new album “A Pale White Dot” and other songs like “Scarlet”, “Reptile”, “Wildfire”. Overall, it was a great night for any heavy metal enthusiasts, and we highly encourage you to catch them live as the tour continues. Finally, a big shout-out to the organizers, management, and venue for the successful execution of the night.
