Stained is touring North America with Godsmack with the support of Mix Master Mike and on July 28th the stop was at Camden, NJ. There were some disappointments for the fans as because of the severe weather Godsmack’s set was canceled. But it was nevertheless a good night with the 2 other sets that the audience was able to witness. It all started at 6:30 PM with Mis Master Mike of the Beastie Boys. He is a one-man army who took the audience to their toes. He played a mashup of all the famous heavy metal, and nu-metal numbers with his twists and turns and everyone was loving it. The mood was set just right for what was coming next. Stained took the stage around 7:30 PM. The stage was set with a lot of Led screens in the back with some great visuals. Aaron Lewis on vocals and guitar, Mike Mushok on guitar, Johnny April on the bass, and Sal Giancarelli on drums did what they do the best for next hour. They covered almost all of their famous numbers like - “So Far Away”, “Outside”, “Mudshovel”, “For You” and one of their biggest hits “It’s Been Awhile”. It’s actually been a while since the fans were able to see them live and they were loving it. The next band was supposed to be the headliners Godsmack, but as mentioned earlier it was to be canceled because of the bad weather and thunderstorms. I hope that they will be back again for the fans. Overall it was a good night with few disappointments. A shout-out to the organizers and the management.
